Great location on a leafy street, just a short walk to the MCG. The room had clean sheets and towels, made a nice impression. I appreciated the free parking, but it's a tight squeeze. The bathroom had a shower over a small bathtub, quite dated but worked well enough. The mattress sagged noticeably, affecting my comfort. Next time, I would hope for a more comfortable bed and updated facilities, especially for the price I paid.

The employees are amiable and outstandingly accommodating. The location is handy, so close to everything we were in Melbourne for.
The bathrooms are very small.

The bed in the steel four-poster frame emitted squeaks with every movement. The sizing of the shower mixed with a bathtub is a design flop that leaves heads a foot above the showerhead-let's just say, it's not built for those above average height. Bathroom windows reminded me of a juggling act to close, and outdated decorations set an unfortunate tone. With unreliable Wi-Fi and only one electrical outlet far from the bed, charging while cozy wasn't an option for tech-savvy travelers.

The apartments are central and you have easy access to public transport.
There is no lift, so you have lug all your lugguage up stairs depending on what floor you are on. Even though we knew there were renovations going on, there was a slight smell of mould in the bathroom vanity unit. Mould was also visible.

It is nice. But bit costly.
Limited Wi-Fi access. In the internet it was mentioned as unlimited Wi-Fi internet. But the people at reception are giving limited 3 hours per day of internet only.

Good location. Helpful staff. Good sized room. Satisfactory kitchen facilities
Infestation of ants, which I had to control by purchasing my own spray. (why did the cleaner not do anything about them?) Fretting carpet on the stairs is a very bad look. Extremely poor paintwork - very amateur job Peeling paint and mould around the bathroom window Aircon rattled a lot. Old kitchen sponges. Poor Wifi setup - extremely slow All of this left a sense that corners were being cut to maximise profit

For a visit to the city this is only a ten minute walk to the centre of Melbourne and fairly good price. Kitchen was fairly well equipped.
Great location but the cleanliness wasn't great and the shower was half way down the wall meaning we had to crouch down under it. Also the water was either cold or too hot, it took ages to try and get the temperature right whilst crouching under said low shower.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the MCG. The free parking was a bonus, especially for a 4WD. The room felt a bit dated, and I found the mattress quite firm for my liking.

We stayed for three nights and found the accommodation comfortable and clean. The nearby park was lovely and it was a short walk or tram ride into the centre of Melbourne. The accommodation was reasonably priced and the location was excellent.
The carpets and decoration in the lobbies and entrance hall need replacing. Any further wear and the stair carpet could become hazardous.
